ArborActive ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

• Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, property address, and appointment details when you voluntarily book through Calendly or use our contact features. The ZIP code or state entered on our booking gateway is used in your browser to select an arborist and is not submitted to ArborActive.
• Website and Booking Usage Data: We record page paths, referral source, device category, time, and limited booking steps such as the assigned arborist and whether a phone call or on-site consultation was selected. A random browser-tab identifier is hashed before storage. Our internal analytics do not store the ZIP code or state you enter, the raw browser-tab identifier, raw IP addresses, or information you enter in Calendly.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our tree care services.
• To communicate with you regarding estimates, appointments, and service updates.
• To improve our website functionality and content.
• To understand which arborist and booking options are selected and improve the scheduling experience.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Calendly for appointment scheduling and SingleOpsfor existing-customer account access, estimates, and invoices. Calendly receives non-identifying campaign tags so we can understand scheduling performance. Information you provide within either service is processed under that provider's privacy practices. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third-party advertisers.

4. Cookies

We use session storage for a random browser-tab identifier and local storage to remember your cookie choice. Our private first-party counters do not use tracking cookies and remain active when you select Essential Only. Optional Google Analytics loads only after you select Accept All Analytics. Calendly may use cookies or browser storage after you open its scheduler.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
